| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | The Company has terminated the employment of Mr Richard Siua ("Mr Siua") as Group COO, with effect from 23 December 2021, amidst the Company and the Commercial Affairs Department of the Singapore Police Force's investigations into suspected misconduct. Following the termination of employment, Mr Siua will no longer hold any position in the Company and/or the Group. For more details, please refer to the Company's announcement dated 18 December 2021. The Company will search for a suitable replacement and will announce the appointment via SGXNet in due course. In the interim, Ong Ghim Choon, the Group CEO will assume the roles and responsibilities of Mr Siua. |
