| Description | Further to the announcement made on 14 November 2014, the Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the "Company" , and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), wishes to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Pixio Sdn. Bhd. ("Pixio"), together with UBP Printing Sdn. Bhd. ("UBP"), have incorporated a joint venture company known as United Pixio Sdn. Bhd. ("United Pixio") in Malaysia. The incorporation of United Pixio is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Group for the current financial year. None of the Directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid incorporation. |
