However, the percentage level of Mr Lim's interest remains unchanged as the issued share capital of mDR Limited also increased from 4,738,667,743 to 6,318,223,657 as a result of allotment of 1,579,555,914 Rights Shares on 26 September 2011 pursuant to the Rights Cum Warrants Issue. |
