Allotments of the aggregate of 111,111,111 new ordinary shares by mDR Limited ("mDR") to Value Capital Asset Management Private Limited on 19 November 2010, 22 November and 24 November 2010 ("VCAM Share Allotment") as announced by mDR on SGXNet, which resulted in an increase in the total number of mDR issued ordinary shares in the share capital of mDR ("mDR shares") from 3,515,283,301 shares as at 8 November 2010 to 3,626,394,411 shares as at 24 November 2010. |
