The Board of Directors of mDR Limited ("the Company') wishes to announce the resignation of Company Secretary Mr Huang Wenjian Eugene with effect from 1 September 2009. The Company is in the midst of appointing a new Company Secretary and will announce the same in due course.

The Board of Directors wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Huang for his contribution to the Company.
