Although the total number of 141,311,029 mDR shares held by Ronnie Poh (both direct & deemed) remained unchanged, the VCAM Share Allotment resulted in a decrease in Ronnie Poh's interest in mDR from 7.85% as at 18 March 2009 to 5.88% as at 15 June 2009. |
