The Board of Directors of mDR Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Huang Wenjian Eugene as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 14th April 2009 in place of Mr. Gn Chiang Soon who has resigned with effect from 7th April 2009.
