Further to our announcement dated 18 September 2008, the Company has completed the allotment and issue of 16,666,666 new ordinary shares to Value Capital Asset Management Limited ("VCAM") in its capacity as investment manager to Advanced Opportunities Fund.

The 16,666,666 new ordinary shares will be listed and quoted on the Official List of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 23 September 2008.
