The Board of Directors of mDR Limited ('the Company') wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Gn Chiang Soon as the Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect in place of Mr. Huang Wenjian Eugene who has resigned with effect from 1st July 2008.
